X-Men Origins-Wolverine
ReplyDeleteX-Men was very interesting beacause it had a good amount of action, violence, blood and killing. It evens show previous X-Men characters such as Scott who can shot lasers from his eyes. First of all, Logan(Wolverine) has bones coming out of his knuckles but then scientist injected metal in his body and now has metal claws.Next, Wolverine kills alot of people for revenge. Such as one scene, someone snipes down and old couple that let Logan join there family and then that someone blows up the house. Logan wants revenge and then kills him. Lastly, it showed Scott whn he was young. For instance, he was in high school.In conclusion, Wolverine was a 10/10 rating beacause of it's action, blood, violence, killing and how it showed previouse X-men characters. However, I wonder if X-men fans want a sequal?

ReplyDeletehi mr.h,I watched a movie last night called:Sarah Marshall is not a alien. I know it might sound weird, but its not. Its about these two girls fighting about this new girl called Sarah marshall. one girl thinks that Sarah is a alien, but the other girl thinks that she is a regular girl. so,they made a bet so now, the other girl has to prove that sarah is not a alien.I cant tell you the rest mr.h, so it looks like you have to watch this movie yourself. have fun!

ReplyDeleteXman movie was sick! However the copy I have sucked. It's the beta copy before the full movie production i think because the scenes looked like they were rough copies of the original. Anyway, keep the movie reviews coming. I can't wait for Terminator movie to come out. Tonnes of action ...my style.

ReplyDeleteToday I'm about to watch Star Trek The Movie and I really never watched any of the Star Trek series so I'll try to see what it's about. First of all, I think Star Trek is like Star Wars so I think there'll be light sabers and aircraft battles. Next, I think that the setting will take place in outer space. I think this because Star Trek sounds science-fiction to me and like the anime science fiction series, Gundam 00 it takes place in space. Thirdly, Star Trek will have something to do with being the best Jeti or maybe they call it something else. Finally, I predict that somehow, the bad guys are going to be part of the good guys. I think this because like in Star Wars, Darth Vadar was Luke's father. All in all, this is what I think what the new movie Star Trek is about and I hope when I watch it today, my predictions were correct but most imporantly, IT WAS ENTERAINING!
Matthew, you'll enjoy it especially if you like the Sci-Fi genre. Basically, the new movie Star Trek is a new version of a very old Star Trek series dated back in the 1970's. The basic plot is about the Star Fleet group venturing out on various missions to discover new worlds, planets, civilizations, galaxies etc. Every place they visit, brings a new adventure and drama. I enjoyed the old 1970's series. If you like, they are available at most stores that sell box series of DVD's. I know Walmart and HMV carry them. Anyway, with the new CG technology, I'm sure you'd like the movie. I am checking out Terminator today. I hope to see John Conner kick some serious Robot Donkey tonight!! Peace.

Star Trek- Review( sorry I took so long)
ReplyDeleteStar Trek was an overall good movie because of all the special effects and funny scenes. Firstly, Star Trek had many special effects such as when he USS Enterprise entered the warp speed limit and when planet Vulcan was being absorbed by a blackhole. Next some funny scenes was when everything was so epic like people getting killed and then a guy with a Scottish accent said "I LIKE THIS SHIP. SO EXCITING" that made me laugh because that was so random.All in all, Star Trek was good but I wished they had a different plot then the old one.

ReplyDeleteFinal Fantasy 7 is a good movie. It's genre is Fighting and Shooting. The main character is Cloud.
The movie is more than an hour of course. Sephiroth's helpers tries to kill Cloud. The part I liked best was the part when Cloud dodges an attack from Sephiroth and all of Sephiroth's Magic attacks.
The best part was when Cloud splits his sword into many parts and the parts surround Sephiroth then Cloud flashes and cuts Sephiroth while collecting the parts of his sword. Sephiroth survives. To see more you have to watch the movie. In conclusion Final Fantasy 7 is a good movie.
Transformers 2
ReplyDeleteTransformers 2 is a great action packed movie due to its special effects and violence but it doesn't support the hardcore fans with the transformations looking real. First of all, I got into Gundam by watching Transformers so I'm a fan myself and if I look at the transformations, they look stale. Such as the directors are like trying to hide errors by rotating the camera angle so you see movement but no enough to see the technical transformation it self. But everything else, the violence, effects, acting are done well and met the expectations of a true action movie. As well, it may have some immature content such as swearing and gross "adult things" but if you take that away and take a look from an average 11 yr old, the movie is FANTASTIC!All in all, this is a must watch movie because of the killing and effects but hardcore fans won't like the transformations and I can't wait for Tranformers 3 to come out in 2010!
